Episode 15 is now live! Ryan Redding was able to chat with Josh Ferguson, owner of Spartan Plumbing. During this conversation, Josh gives insight about starting a business, and how to keep it running while continually growing the business. Josh started his plumbing career in 2005 and worked for a plumbing company for 13 years. He then started his own plumbing company in June of 2018 which is now Spartan Plumbing. This episode is filled with wins and losses, lessons learned, and advice about starting your own business.
