Aaron also founded The Eco Plumbers University, which has taught professional plumbing skills, workmanship, and customer service delivery to over 100 graduates.

In this week’s episode, Aaron and Ryan discuss Aaron’s early business failures and how he scaled Eco Plumbers to multiple million dollars by attracting top talent and building a culture.
